Summary of Work
Christina directed brand guidelines, led contractors, and managed the account including the marketing plan, advertising contracts, social media platforms, website, 3D renders, visual presentations, and more to help attract potential buyers, and presell properties with ease. All marketing and design work utilized a human-centered (customer journey) approach, which entails multiple levels of research and strategizing throughout the process. All development units were successfully sold.
